Last month we had the pleasure of partnering with Comma, Brand Strategists, as part of the Tribe Global network, for a four-session programme designed to transform how agencies approach new business.
Together, we explored what it means to build sustainable, relationship-led growth, shifting from reactive outreach to proactive, insight-driven engagement.
Across the sessions, Marcus guided the Comma team through:
Refining prospect lists and identifying real opportunities
Applying the OGSM framework (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures)
Building a clear, shared strategy to engage new clients with confidence and purpose.
